A number of companies, including BuzzFeed and AwesomenessTV, have been fundamentally architected for social distribution. Built on top of AppleTalk Session Protocol (for legacy AFP over DDP) or the Data Stream Interface (for AFP over TCP), it provides services for authenticating users (extensible to different authentication methods including two-way random-number exchange) and for performing operations specific to the Macintosh HFS filesystem. Nearly 50 distinct standards exist for coaxial cable, often designed for specific use cases in amateur radio or low-loss cable television. In the home and small offices, short coaxial cables are used for cable television, home video equipment, amateur radio equipment and measuring devices. Coaxial cables are also used in automobiles, aircraft, military and medical equipment, as well as to connect satellite dishes, radio and television antennae to their respective receivers. Straight-line feeds to commercial radio broadcast towers have the least leakage and interference because these cables have smooth, conductive shields with few gaps in them. The channel proliferation of the 1990s and 2000s also demonstrated that most viewers aren’t looking to watch more than a few feeds.

Similarly, the persistence of bulky channel packaging and failure of network blackouts as an MVPD negotiating strategy have proven that consumers aren’t interested in access to "television entertainment". Multiple access on CAN bus is achieved by the electrical logic of the system supporting just two states that are conceptually analogous to a ‘wired AND’ network. The RG-6 cable is used with high-bandwidth and high-frequency hardware, where internet and satellite signals can run at a higher frequency compared to traditional analog video. This resistance results from high-frequency signals traveling on the surface of the conductor, not throughout. Other examples include RG-59/U -- used for carrying broadband signal from closed-circuit TV systems -- and RG-214/U for high-frequency signal transmission. In other cases, an outside signal can leak through the insulation. For example, high-power cables are often made with thick insulation and are very stiff. A larger center conductor creates a stiff cable with low loss per meter.

While the traditional studio business of financing content production has been cost-plus or break-even for years, the cable network business has more than doubled topline revenues since 2005 and expanded cash flow margins by 10% (375 net bps). Fox has already collapsed the apps for FX, FXX, and FXM, while FSGO consolidated Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2, and Fox College Sports. While social feeds will likely emerge as the best way to boost awareness, engage with fans, and grow audiences in the years to come, what is control cable challenges will nevertheless remain. In data communications, a 56k modem will transmit a data rate of 56 kilobits per second (kbit/s) over a 4-kilohertz-wide telephone line (narrowband or voiceband). Most of the listed rates are theoretical maximum throughput measures; in practice, the actual effective throughput is almost inevitably lower in proportion to the load from other devices (network/bus contention), physical or temporal distances, and other overhead in data link layer protocols etc. The maximum goodput (for example, the file transfer rate) may be even lower due to higher layer protocol overhead and data packet retransmissions caused by line noise or interference such as crosstalk, or lost packets in congested intermediate network nodes. Conversely, television networks with limited attention can struggle to make even their marquee series a modest success story.

Several other systems also existed with even higher performance, but these often required special cabling that was incompatible with LocalTalk/PhoneNet, and also required patches to the networking stack that often caused problems. Interference is most significant in nuclear reactors, where special shielding is needed. Signal leakage occurs when the electromagnetic field passes through the shielding on the outside of the cable. For requirements above 50 MHz, an individual should use an RG-6 cable. The RG-6 cable is a larger 18 AWG cable and also has a copper center conductor. This electrical signal is then outputted through coaxial cable to form a coaxial trunk. CPM, RPM, ARPU, EBITDA, rating point, MAU, share of wallet - each of these metrics provide insight into a media company’s performance, but the most important and valuable is the ability to grab a viewer’s attention and then keep it for as long as possible. As any middle child will tell you, attention - positive or negative - is what really matters. If attention is the media industry’s currency, feeds are its mint. The power circuits power electrical or self-contained electrohydraulic actuators that are controlled by the digital flight control computers. In television, the power of the feed has manifested in several ways.
